Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

 

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We currently ship within Singapore only.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:
    • Flat rate / weight / courier selection
    • $2.99 (<5kg) - 2-3 working days
    • $4.99 (>5kg) - 2-3 working days
    • $15 - 1-2 working days (expedited shipping)
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above S$50 (if applicable).

Couriers used may include: Shopee, Ninja Van or other local logistics providers.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to be updated.

 

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.

 

Changes or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

1. What Is a Pre-Order

Pre-order items are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be shipped at a later date once stock becomes available.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

  • The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order item will be 2-4 weeks from the order confirmation date.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to production, supplier, or logistics issues.

3. Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
  • If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees for pre-order items are charged at checkout.
  • Any free-shipping promotions apply based on the total order value, unless stated otherwise.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed, as items are reserved or produced specially.

6. Delays

  • In the event of significant delays beyond the stated timeframe, customers will be notified via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund the order if the item becomes unavailable.

7. Important Notes

  • Pre-order items are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeline and terms stated above.
